The Dan Adams Group is one of the finest and most versatile groups on the East Coast. The group has played for all sorts of functions including weddings, conventions, private parties, jazz festivals, concerts, and other events where a wide musical variety is needed.

The unique sound of the group and a very broad repertoire makes each event a distinctive treat. Attire and music are custom tailored to fit almost any type of event. Normally a five piece band, the group consists of piano, drums, bass, violin, and clarinet. However, the band is flexible and can adjust for special events or large parties to include more members. Additional instruments can be added, such as saxaphone, accordion, guitar, or trumpet. The musical arrangement of instruments can be selected to suit your event. For smaller occasions, a duo or trio may be just what is needed. For band combinations look in the Band gallery to the left.

Dan Adams and colleagues take time to ensure that all details of the event are not overlooked. The group plays jazz standards, latin, gypsy jazz, light classical, klezmer, café concert, and local favorites. The group performs in different formations, depending on the type of music and size of the event. Size can range from one solo performer up to seven musicians if need be. There is no ceremony too small or banquet too big that we cannot accomodate. For a list of songs and samples, please visit the Music page.
